• The topic you pick and the message you write, so the right person answers
• Your e-mail if you join the waiting list
• Anonymous visit numbers, to see which pages are read

What we use it for

To reply to you, to tell you when the app is ready if you asked us to, and to make the site better. We do not sell personal data.

The app is a different thing

This policy covers this website. What the app stores about your payments, pots and card is set out in the app's own privacy notice, which you see before you open an account.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs. A waiting-list address is kept until launch day, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to the e-mail address at the bottom of this site.
